Privacy policy
Sit Stay Decorate keeps track of your holiday decorations: what you own, where it's stored and where it goes. We built it so your information stays with you.
What stays on your device
Everything you enter, including decorations, photos, storage locations, tags, notes and settings, is saved only on your phone, tablet or computer. You don't create an account, and we don't have a copy. If you delete the app or clear your browser's site data, it's gone unless you exported a backup.
Add from a website
When you paste a store link and tap Fill in details:
- In the iPhone and Android apps, your phone opens that page directly, the way a browser would. Nothing passes through us.
- On sitstaydecorate.app, the link is sent to our page reader, which runs on Cloudflare. It fetches the page, picks out the product name, description, brand and photo, and sends them back. We don't keep the links or the pages. Cloudflare may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Purchases
Sit Stay Decorate Plus is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple or Google handles payment, and we never see your card or account details. The app only learns whether Plus has been bought.
What we don't do
- No ads, and no advertising or tracking tools.
- No analytics that follow you around.
- We don't sell or share your information.
Camera and photos
The app asks for your camera and photo library only when you choose to add a photo. Photos are shrunk and saved on your device with the decoration.
Children
Sit Stay Decorate is meant for general audiences and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
